I
hope you have noticed the beautiful gardens and flowers around the grounds of
the church. I would like to thank Andy and Michael Krampelj and their parents,
Josef and Maria, for creating the gardens and for taking such good care of
them. I really appreciate your efforts and dedication to make our grounds so
attractive. I know that the Knights of Columbus also helped in this work and I
appreciate all of their efforts too. Thanks!!
I
would also like to thank Catherine Mowatt, our 5pm cantor, and her family and
Steve and Cecelia Pinto for planting the vegetable garden and the flowers in
the rectory backyard. The flower boxes are beautiful and the vegetable garden
is well on the way to production. Many thanks!!
The
Summer Camp Program, Totus Tuus, (Totally Yours), will happen from July 25 –
29. Registration is available until July 24. If you wish to register your
child, please come to the office to do so. I am still looking for more
volunteers to make this happen. Please email me at pjones@stdominicschurch.ca
if you can help.
